Warning about the risks of investing through Ecrowd

Before investing, please carefully read the risk information provided below:
At Ecrowd, we want you to be well informed about the risk involved in investing in the companies or other legal entities we publish. You should be aware that your investment is not covered by the deposit guarantee scheme established in accordance with Directive 2014/49/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council (*1), nor by the investor compensation scheme established in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (*2).

(*2) Directive 97/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 March 1997 on investor-compensation schemes (OJ L 84, 26.3.1997, p. 22).
Therefore, we want to warn you that there is a possibility that you may not obtain any return on your investment through the Ecrowd Platform, or that you may partially or totally lose the investment amount. The products offered on the Ecrowd Platform are not savings products. You may not be able to liquidate the investment instruments when you wish. Even if you can liquidate them, you could suffer total or partial losses.
Therefore, we recommend that you:
1. Do not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.
2. Diversify your investment by spreading it across several borrowing entities.
3. Carefully read the information in the "Key Investment Information Sheet" of each project, consider all the pros and cons, and the potential risks, before investing and make your decision responsibly and consciously. If you do not understand any aspect, seek expert advice.
4. Unless you are a professional investor or an experienced investor, Ecrowd recommends that you do not invest amounts exceeding €1,000 or, if greater, 5% of your net liquid assets, calculated as your net annual income plus your financial assets (excluding real estate and pension funds) and subtracting the sum of your annual financial commitments (loan installments and rents).
In addition, to protect investors, everyone on Ecrowd has a pre-contractual reflection period of 4 calendar days, under which they have the right to reconsider the investment decision and to withdraw without any obligation or negative consequence from the investment made. The request for cancellation of the investment can be made by sending an email to inversores@ecrowdinvest.com, notifying the decision taken. You can find more information about this right in Section VI, a) of the "General Conditions" of the Ecrowd Platform.
Additionally, you can use the same email address inversores@ecrowdinvest.com for the submission and sending of complaints or claims free of charge. Their submission will be made through the formalized model that is available in the "Complaints Form" section and in section XI of the "General Conditions" of the Platform you have a detailed description of the procedure for submitting complaints or claims, the resolution deadlines and the conditions under which they must be submitted.
